Today we went to sari roti factory at Bekasi
We learned how to make a bread but we also learn how liquid matter that is made by eggs,water,etc changed into a solid matter that is made by flour, butter, etc.
First they stir the mixture then they put it into a place where fermentation place after it they put it to the oven. After it was baked they put into the plastic.
