BR!G!_SARIROTI_10.10.11

Today I went to SARI ROTI factory.
what I get from this field trip about the matters is:
  1. at first the solid and liquid matter was mixed that is the water,yeast, and (pelembut)softener for the bread
  2. we wait for 3-4 hours in fermentation room
  3. after the waiting we mix sugar and margarine
  4. we divide the bread as big as we want
  5. we make the bread dough rounder so it will be more easier to fill in the filling
  6. pressing.. this proses reduces gas inside the dough until its bread pore be softer
  7. placing the dough to a brass
  8. this time we wait for 1 hour in the fermentation roomso it will be 3x bigger
  9. baking the bread
  10. cooling the bread in the cooling tower so when it is warm it will not go dewy
  11. finally we are done and it will be packaged and ready to serve to all the friends that would buy the bread
conclude: the bread is starting from solid and after they mix it,it will turn into part solid part liquid then when you bake it it will be solid and it will give steam
