what I get from this field trip about the matters is:
- at first the solid and liquid matter was mixed that is the water,yeast, and (pelembut)softener for the bread
- we wait for 3-4 hours in fermentation room
- after the waiting we mix sugar and margarine
- we divide the bread as big as we want
- we make the bread dough rounder so it will be more easier to fill in the filling
- pressing.. this proses reduces gas inside the dough until its bread pore be softer
- placing the dough to a brass
- this time we wait for 1 hour in the fermentation roomso it will be 3x bigger
- baking the bread
- cooling the bread in the cooling tower so when it is warm it will not go dewy
- finally we are done and it will be packaged and ready to serve to all the friends that would buy the bread
